IMG_6067.JPGmy first ever attempt at poaching an egg and I must say it was quite successful.

i didn’t add vinegar into the water as I didn’t have any, all I did was swirl the water with a whisk to create a vortex, poured the egg into it then left it there while I plated my brioche and ham. Afterward, I used a slotted spoon and served it atop the ham.
