😋😋😋 first time deep frying something with success!  
rainy morning hence terrible lighting 😦 I think I’m quite good at piping the churros into the oil as most of them are relatively straight! 

As I didn’t want to waste oil, I used a little saucepan to fry the churros. It was easy monitor the temperature of the oil with a wooden chopstick(I don’t have a cooking thermometer).

These churros were simple to make and very delicious!
