โ€ข asian buns ้ขๅŒ… โ€ข ๐Ÿž

wow i don’t even know where to begin. Let’s just begin with the fact that I spent 5 hours making bread and it has been a meaningful 5 hours.
these buns were nice and soft and super delicious, similar to the ones you can get at neighbourhood bakeries. I think this is my most successful attempt at making bread.

When my sister tried it, she exclaimed at how delicious it was and that made me really happy. That’s what baking is all about, bringing joy to others when they taste your bakes. Besides that, it was very comforting when my mother rushed to get her phone to snap a picture of these buns to tempt her friends.

I made these buns by mixing and kneading the dough by hand and baking them two by two as I do not have a mixer or an oven that can fit more than that :c (hoping to get one someday) but I guess my hardwork has paid off and im more than satisfied with how the buns turned out! ๐Ÿ˜Š

see you
