• runny egg rice bowl with furikake •

 i think furikake is going to be a staple food of mine soon 😝

i made this for my breakfast today. it was easy simple and fast. Just steam some rice till its hot then crack an egg and let steam until it looks a little bit cooked. Next, season with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and furikake if you like c: 

For extra deliciousness, add a cube of butter when steaming the rice. 

Mine was not as runny as I wanted it to be and I had too much rice to egg because my egg was small ( and I took a big bowl of rice 🍚) but it was still delicious! 

   perfect for people who are busy and need a quick meal. you can even pop some veggies in when steaming the rice, get creative! 🙂

i tried it with the onsen egg c: kinda failed to onsen egg heh.
