this time, instead of placing halved berries in the cake like previous times, i chopped up the berries. When the berries are halved, it’s hard to eat the cake with an ideal berry, cream and cake ratio since the strawberry just comes out so hopefully this helps!
Hehe I used mint leaves from my very own mint plant to decorate the cake. The pigs are a little too heavy for the cream. Anyway, I think my frosting skills have improved a little bit?? The cream isnt overwhipped like the first time! Oh I also got a good arm workout whipping the cream! 😀
